Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at ScraperPro Goods! Here's what to expect after you place an order.

Free shipping in the US

Every order ships free to addresses in the United States. We don't currently ship outside the US.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Delivery time

Most of our products ship from our partner warehouse overseas. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs or weather.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you haven't received your order within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at recipescraperpro@gmail.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.
