We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day refunds, no return needed

You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. You don't need to send the item back. Just keep it, donate it, or pass it along to someone who'll enjoy it.

How to request a refund

Email us at recipescraperpro@gmail.com with:

Your name and order number
The item(s) you'd like refunded and the reason
A photo of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered

Please do not mail items back to us. Returned packages can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll send a refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Refund timing

Once your request is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it.
